FLAT RATE SHIPPING
All orders ship within the United States with a flat rate shipping fee. At this time we do not ship outside of the United States.
Items will ship within (3) business days of your order by USPS or UPS. When an item has been turned over to the shipping carrier, Designed Simple is no longer responsible for the package. However, all shipped items are insured. Once shipped, transit times will vary depending on product and location. Tracking information will be provided.
All shipping, delivery, and processing fees are non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order.
PACKAGING
Designed Simple strives to reuse and recycle all materials from suppliers, wholesale orders, and local businesses. Whenever possible packing materials and boxes will be re-used to ship out of our shop.
DAMAGED ITEMS
All items are inspected prior to shipment. Unfortunately, sometimes damages do occur during transit. If you have received an item that is damaged, email hello@designedsimple.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please send photos of the damaged item, order number, and tracking number to start a claim.
LOCAL PICK UP/DROP OFF
If you are local and would like to arrange a pickup or drop-off, please choose the “Local Pickup/Drop Off” option at Checkout. This option is only applied to your Cart based on zip code.
RETURNS
Designed Simple will accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or return past the 7-day time frame. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email hello@designedsimple.com to initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A return label will be emailed to you and after items are received the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns that are damaged or lost caused by inadequate packaging when being shipped back to Designed Simple will not be eligible for a refund.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and approved, then your refund will be processed with an email confirmation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
In the instance a non-returnable item, sale item, or approved item is eligible for a return, a refund will be issued minus a 30% restocking fee.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale and closeout items cannot be refunded.
